Hi,

I've ordered puzzles several times from Torito (http://torito.jp//) . In the past, I've placed an order on their English-language page and then I've received a PayPal request from them in a day or two. This time, though, I've tried ordering twice and haven't received a reply. Has anyone else tried lately?

Thanks,

Daniel

I've tried recently and not received a response either (and know of a few others in a similar position).  I believe one reason for this may be that they have been inundated with orders for the new Void Cube. They are one of the few (only?) online stores to stock it and ship internationally...

I have had the same experience.  I ordered a void cube in Oct.  I got an email back from them saying they received the order but to wait for a payment request from Paypal.  That never came.  I sent 2 followup emails but did not get any response.  -Jeff

I bought some void cubes off ebay - only took a week to arrive from Japan.

Don't think it was Torito tho.
