Here's a really cool vintage pocket puzzle called The Stanley Puzzle. I found it in Hoffman's Puzzles Old And New, and using the photo from the book I was able to scan and blow it up to use as a template. I created the puzzle out of 1/8" aluminum, and the template worked perfectly. Its a great little puzzle to carry in your pocket to let friends try. The solution is very devious, and could even give serious puzzlers some confusion. Here are the pictures including the scan from Puzzles Old And New.

Very nice Peter!!!! YOU left one key detail out though, how did you cut the aluminum?? I have some of those dis/entanglement type puzzles and they can be quite frustrating(translated fun)
