I'm aking a jig right now to cut a half sphere into four quadrants that are also triangles with a 45 degree beveled edge around the parameter.  Stephen probably does this kind of stuff every day, but this is rocket science to me.

I have been out of school for many years now, and I have forgotten most of the formulas for Pi and all of those sin, co-sin and tangent things.  I guess it is time for a refresher course.

I'm really glad you didn't put a question mark in there, because I have no idea what the heck you're talking about Grin

Is it the right interpretation?  I just did a very quick thing there and I'm not sure it's right.

Yeah, it is basically an orange slice, but cut in half width wise.  Actually, the visualization of an orange slice helps a lot.  Thanks guys.  Now as far as making a jig to do that HuhHuh Huh

I think I got if figured out.  A different perspective made all the difference.  I will post pics of my new jig later tonight if all works out well.  IN THEORY IT SHOULD.

Thanks Guy.
