Hey guys, just dropping in quick to say hi from IPP. Everyone says hello and keep up the good work! Met John Moores for the first time as well as many other customers and they all pass their compliments on I'll try and post some pictures later.

Hi Eric
Enjoy it! You might meet a fellow South African there: Kobus de Beer.

Wish I were there, but be sure to tell everyone that I plan to make it to the next one, as it is only 2000 miles away. Give a special hello to Peter Hajek and James Strayer for me. Oh, and by the way, the best of luck on your entry.

Eric, please report on the IPPDC results as soon as possible. Since the IPP is well on its way now, I think it is OK to tell you that there's also an RKB design in the competition. Can you guess which one that might be (*) (*) HINT: There is already a thread somewhere on this forum dealing with some aspects of the design... but without revealing anything about the design itself. If you manage to find that thread and than look at all the entries, you may find out which design it is.

Thanks for the message Eric - I hope you're having a great time! Prague is supposed to be a beautiful city - I can ony attest to this from photos my brother took (and made great Christmas gifts one year).
I really had a great time looking through the design contest photos - really happy to see so many puzzle entries that had something to do with many of us here at Cubicdissection. Best of luck to all of you!

Yananose? Don't know... it looks pretty much 'American made' to me.

Okay the gloves are off It has to be Sweet Deceiver Now that the votings are over I can confirm that. The thread I was referring to is the one about the venturi vacuum hold-down jig by Scott Peterson (who made my IPPDC entries).
