The main rule is just to post in this thread when you receive it, and later post who you send it to so that I can keep track of where it is.

I guess I should post that this box had a small piece on one corner that broke off and was reglued by me. Most likely, nobody will even notice it, but I wanted every one to know that the box was placed into the library with this repair.
