As Eric knows, I'm not a large guy, but I seem to have a destructive effect on parts. This week I sheared off a trunion bolt and broke the operating lever on my table saw's HTC2000 mobile base.

Thankfully HTC has an 800 number with humans on the other end. Without any questions, the nice lady took down my address and is shipping out a new lever.

I've still got all of them, so I must be doing something right. I'm becoming less fond of second hand tools though.

Followup: I got *two* new levers in the mail today. One that matched my version, and I gather the other is a universal left/right version they went to later. Not only fixed, but now I have future replacements. Rather weak design in the old version.
